Information on Wholesale Accounts

We maintain a specific section of our website that contains our pricing available to our Wholesale Customers on theTowelPlace.com. Each potential wholesale customer will need to set up an account. This allows you access to the special pricing.

Wholesale pricing is available only when an item is purchased in case pack quantities. (Number per case varies by product)

Once the account setup is completed by you. You will then need to email commercialsales @thetowelplace.com and state that you have set up an account and would like to be added to the Registry.

Once you are added by a member of our staff (Note: It usually takes from 1 to 2 business days) you will then have access to the Wholesale Customers category the next time you log in.

Set Up An Account:

To set up an account, simply go to "Customer Login," (as seen on the upper left hand part of the screen), then complete the requested information to set up an account.

Once you have been added, the next time you Log in, you will see a new "tab" at the upper left of the "Shop Now" page that says"Wholesale Customers."

Note: If you do not see an item that you would like to purchase, please let us know as we are updating this section all the time.

Shipping:

Shipping charges will apply to all wholesale orders. This is most commonly UPS Ground service but in the cases of very large orders, regular freight trucking charges will apply and will be worked out before the order is placed.
